How can I book a room?

Are there advantages to booking directly on your website?

What are the cancellation conditions?

A 100% deposit is required at booking. In the event of cancellation, €250 is always retained. For cancellations within 60 days of the arrival date, the full deposit is retained.

Check-in & check-out

What time can I check in and check out?

Check-in is from 4:00 pm. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 am. Reception is open 7 days a week from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm.

Is there a lift?

No, the hotel has no lift. All rooms are on upper floors, spread across 3 levels — please bear this in mind if you have difficulty climbing stairs or are travelling with heavy luggage. The Les Verdons Apartment does have a lift.

Is the hotel accessible to guests with reduced mobility?

No, the hotel has no lift and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. However, the adjacent Restaurant Henri is accessible to guests with reduced mobility.

Is there a car park?

The hotel does not have a private car park. The public Moriond car park is approximately 100 m away.

What room categories do you offer?

We offer several room categories and one apartment: Premium Double Shower (23 m², balcony, walk-in shower), Premium Double Bath (23 m², balcony, bathtub), Standard Double (20 m², balcony, bathtub), Premium Triple (27 m², balcony, 3 guests), Premium Suite (37 m², up to 4 guests, village view) and Les Verdons Apartment (80 m² + south-facing terrace, up to 5 guests, 7th floor).

Can I have twin beds instead of a double?

Yes. All our King 180×200 cm beds can be converted into two twin 90×200 cm beds. Simply request this at booking or upon arrival, subject to availability.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, with a direct booking. Our hot & cold buffet is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am: pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, fruit juice, coffee and tea. Included in all direct rates at no extra charge.

Is there a minibar and Nespresso machine?

Premium Double, Premium Triple, Premium Suite rooms and Les Verdons Apartment are equipped with a minibar and Nespresso machine. Standard Double rooms have a kettle for coffee and tea.

Are you really close to the slopes?

The slopes and lifts of the 3 Valleys are 100 m from the hotel — about a two-minute walk. Two ski rental shops are right across the street, 15 m away. Important note: this is not “ski in / ski out”, but the distance is short enough to reach the slopes in full ski gear.

Is there a ski storage room?

Yes. The hotel has a ski storage room with boot warmers. A real comfort to find warm boots every morning before heading to the slopes.

How do I get to the hotel?

By car: from Moûtiers (30 min, A430 + D915) or from Chambéry (1h30, A43). GPS: 45.418064, 6.653144. By train: the nearest station is Moûtiers, 30 min away (TGV available); taxi from Moûtiers from €60, or Altibus coach in about 1 hour. By plane: Geneva (~2h), Lyon Saint-Exupéry (~2h), Grenoble (~1h30), Chambéry (~1h).

Is Restaurant Henri reserved for hotel guests?

No, Restaurant Henri is open to everyone — hotel guests and outside visitors alike. It is attached to the hotel and managed by the same family. Reservations are recommended, especially during peak season. Book a table.

What are the restaurant opening hours?

The restaurant is open 7 days a week: lunch from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, dinner from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. A cocktail bar is also available in the evenings. Full menu and online reservations at henri-courchevel.com.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, small pets are welcome with a supplement of €20 per night. Please let us know at the time of booking.

Do you offer babysitting?

Yes, babysitting is available on request via an external provider. Please contact us in advance to arrange this service.

How do I book the Les Verdons Apartment?

The apartment can be booked online or directly by phone at +33 (0)4 79 08 26 58 or by email. It accommodates up to 5 guests across 80 m² with a south-facing terrace overlooking the Dent du Villard, on the 7th floor.
