3. Data recipients
- Authorized hotel staff.
- Thaïs Hotel Software, provider of the booking engine and PMS.
- Gritchen Affinity (insurance broker, ORIAS n°11061317), only if you subscribe to the optional SafeBooking cancellation insurance, and only for the data required for that subscription.
Our audience measurement tool (Matomo) is self-hosted: no third party has access to the browsing data collected for this purpose.
No data is sold to third parties.

You may opt out at any time from being counted in our audience statistics, without this affecting your browsing or access to our services: click here to opt out of audience measurement.
4. Retention periods
- Booking-related data: for the duration of the business relationship, then archived within the applicable legal limitation periods (in particular accounting obligations: 10 years).
- Marketing data (emails to former guests, newsletter): 3 years from the last active contact, unless consent is withdrawn earlier.
- Audience measurement data: 13 months maximum, see cookie policy.
5. Data transfers outside the European Union
The website and the audience measurement tool (Matomo) are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, located in Switzerland. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision (Article 45 GDPR, confirmed in January 2024): no additional safeguards are required for this transfer.
6. Security
Technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
7. Your rights
In accordance with Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase,
restrict, object to, and port your data. You may exercise these rights by writing to
booking@courchevel-edelweiss.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL
(cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
