1. Purpose
The guest account allows you to complete payment for a booking and view its details. It is made available by Thaïs Hotel Software on behalf of the Hôtel Résidence l’Edelweiss.
2. Access and security
Access to the guest account is via the personal link sent by email with each booking. This link is personal and confidential: it must not be forwarded to a third party. The hotel cannot be held liable for fraudulent use resulting from the disclosure of this link by the customer.
3. Authorized use
The guest account is reserved for payment and tracking of the booking to which it relates. Any attempt to access data other than that of one’s own booking is prohibited.
4. Personal data
Use of the guest account is subject to the hotel’s privacy policy.
5. Liability
The hotel does not guarantee continuous availability of the guest account, the technical operation of which is the responsibility of Thaïs Hotel Software. In the event of unavailability preventing payment within the required time, the customer is invited to contact the hotel directly (see the terms of sale, §12).
